On May 27, 2010, Moody's Investors Service affirmed the above financial strength, commercial paper ratings, and senior debt ratings. Moody's also revised the outlook on all of Lincoln's ratings to stable from negative.
On June 14, 2010, Standard & Poor's affirmed the above financial strength, commercial paper, and senior debt ratings. Standard & Poor's outlook on all of Lincoln's ratings remains stable.
On June 22, 2010, A.M. Best affirmed the above financial strength, commercial paper, and senior debt ratings. A.M. Best also revised the outlook on all of Lincoln's ratings to stable from negative.
On June 30, 2010, Fitch Ratings upgraded the ratings of Lincoln's senior debt to 'BBB+' from 'BBB. ' Previously on June 3, 2010, Fitch affirmed the above financial strength and commercial paper ratings and revised the outlook on all of the financial strength ratings to stable from negative.
