How do I use this site?

We've designed this Web site to be as easy to navigate as possible. Clicking on one of the tabs at the top of the page will take you to a main section. From each of those sections, sub-sections are available. The navigation options never go away, so you can always tell where you are and how to get back to your starting point.

Who should use this site?

This site was designed for individual investors. People who invest in open-end or closed-end mutual funds, managed accounts and IRAs will find information about products and services here. Workplace retirement account investors should visit www.delawareinvestments.com and choose "Retirement Plan Participants" from the list.

What is eDelivery?

Delaware Investments now offers a service that allows you to go paperless today, in order to ensure a cleaner tomorrow. You can elect to have statements, prospectuses, and annual and semi-annual reports delivered electronically. eDelivery can eliminate paper copies and reduce the clutter and waste that these materials create. You must be signed up for Account Access to use this service.

How do I sign up for eDelivery?

You can sign up for eDelivery once you've registered for online account access. Simply log in to account access and follow the instructions for eDelivery. For more details on eDelivery, click here .

What steps does Delaware Investments take to protect my privacy and the security of my information?

We restrict access to your personal information to those employees who need it in order to provide products or services to you, and they are required to keep it strictly confidential. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information. For all applications where personal and/or account information transits via the Internet, we use current technologies for secure communications between your PC and our computer facility. Where applicable, we use account identification and passwords to help protect your accounts.

The technologies known as Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) and Digital Certificates are combined to encrypt the information that transits the internet and to verify to you that your computer is connected to the Delaware Investments computer facility and not to an imposter. Delaware Investments supports both 40 bit and 128 bit encryption. Netscape's version 3.0 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.0 and higher and AOL 3.0 and higher will all use 128 bit encryption. What precautions should I take as a user of this website?

Delaware Investments highly recommends that you do not store your logon information or password on any computer that you use to access your account(s) and that you do not provide that information to any other person. If another person were to obtain that information they would inherit the Internet privileges that you now have with your account(s). Does Delaware Investments use cookies?

Our Web site will send cookies to your computer. A cookie is a small piece of information about the current Internet session that may be created when accessing our web site. It is used for session control purposes and lasts only for the duration of the browser connection to our site.

I have a pop-up blocker on my computer. Can I still use your site?

You can still use most of the features on the Individual Investors website, however many tools and calculators use pop-up windows for navigation purposes. There should never be any advertising pop-up messages on this Web site, so it should be safe to turn your pop-up blocker off if you wish. Where can I find information on how to invest in products offered through Delaware Investments?

What account information can I access on the Individual Investors website?

The Account Access page has links to account access for Mutual Funds, Workplace Investing Accounts (such as 401(k) plans) and Choice Plus Annuities. To use any of these account access tools you must first register by clicking on the link and setting up an account.

Can I open an account online?

At this time, it is not possible to open an account or perform transactions online.

Can I download my account information into products like Quicken and TurboTax?

Account information is NOT available for download to Quicken. However, you may download your 1099 and tax information into Turbo Tax if you have account access. For more information, click here.

Where can I find statements online?

Online statements can be accessed in the Account Access portion of the site.

Where can I find forms to make changes to my mutual fund or IRA Account?

You can find mutual fund and IRA account forms in the Shareholder Information section of this Web site. Click here to go directly to the forms page.

How do I get back to the main home page to get to the Shareholder Access section?

If you click on the Delaware Investments logo in the upper left corner of any page, it will take you back to the main page that you saw when you first came to the site.

How do I find mutual fund performance information?

Performance information for all mutual funds is available on the Performance Page. You can also access performance information for each fund, including quarterly total returns, within the fund's portfolio center. You can get to the portfolio centers from the Delaware mutual funds page.

What other performance information is available on the Individual Investors site?

You can access performance of closed-end mutual funds on the Individual Investors site. Performance information is not available for IRAs or Managed Accounts.

Where can I find prospectuses, annual reports, and other literature?

PDFs of shareholder reports and other literature can be found on the Fund Literature page in the Shareholder Information section. You'll need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these PDFs — a link to the download page is provided.

Can I learn more about investing and mutual funds on your site?
