Delaware Investments traces its roots to an investment advisory firm founded in 1929. From our determined beginnings at the start of the Great Depression, we quickly learned how important consistent performance was to our clients — particularly in tough times. We continued to apply those lessons when we launched our first mutual fund in 1938, and when we launched our institutional business more than 30 years ago. Delaware has managed money through 75 years of market cycles, and our dedication to consistent performance over the long term endures to this day.
