ORP Enrollment

Before you begin the enrollment process, complete these simple steps:

• Carefully read the educational and informational materials
• Review and make your investment choices
• Name your beneficiary

To enroll:

• Complete a UNC ORP form online at http://www.northcarolina.edu/content.php/hr/benefits/retirement/orp/orp.htm
• Complete all sections of the LFG enrollment form
• Sign and date the form
• Return form to the address/location provided on the form
• The first payroll deduction will be made as soon as possible after receipt of the from
