The financial services industry is a competitive and crowded landscape. It takes innovative thinking to maintain and grow a business. Lincoln Financial Group recognizes this, and created the Professional Development Program (PDP) to attract, develop and retain future leaders who provide the company with a pool of leadership talent that is diverse, willing to relocate, and focused on enterprise-wide success. It is a rotational program structured to develop talent in 3 roles across 3 years with 1 cross-business assignment. The expectation is that participants will accelerate into management roles after contributing and gaining exposure to the enterprise.
