An industry unique program that gives us the ability to take a case with total final mortality of up to Table C at standard rates. This program is available to individuals up to and including age 70 for amounts up to $10,000,000 inclusive per life, on permanent individual and second to die programs. |
| New Underwriting Classes: |
With the introduction of five new products (Lincoln ULLPR-6, Lincoln ULDB-2, Lincoln VULCV-IV, Lincoln VULDB-IV and Lincoln VULONE), we are announcing four new non-smoking underwriting classes that will improve our position on the Standard and Preferred risk. The top three classes, Preferred Best, Preferred and Standard Best, for individuals through age 80, are available to clients with well-controlled blood pressure and lipids, regardless of whether or not they're on medication. Individuals who smoke cigars or pipes, or use chewing tobacco, may be eligble for the Standard Best rate class. We also offer Preferred up to age 80 on all available products.
The 4th new underwriting class - Standard "Non-Smoker" - is available to age 90 on the two new Universal Life products and to age 85 for the three new variable contracts. Substandard ratings and flat extras, when required, will be applied to this Standard rate class. The class will also be for the Table C to Standard program for these four products. |
