Delaware Investments Global Funds plc

On 24 December 2007, Delaware Investments launched a non-U.S. UCITS III umbrella fund. Called Delaware Investments Global Funds plc, the umbrella fund is domiciled in Dublin, Ireland.

Delaware Investments Global Funds plc and its funds are available to certain qualified, non-U.S. investors. The Funds are offered solely to non-U.S. investors under the terms and condition of the Funds' current prospectus. The prospectus contains important information about the Funds and should be read carefully before investing. A copy of the full and simplified prospectus for the Funds may be obtained here or through the Funds' Transfer Agent, BNY Mellon Fund Services (Ireland) Limited, at +353 1 483-2429.
