Directions
Lincoln is situated in Barnwood, about two and a half miles from Gloucester's city centre and is within easy access of the M5 and other major road networks.
From Birmingham, approaching by the M5, you should leave at Junction 11 and then join the A40 heading towards Gloucester. At the end of the dual carriageway, stay in the left hand lane and follow the dual carriageway to the next roundabout. Taking the middle lane, go straight ahead at the roundabout and join Barnett Way, taking the first right and right again into Lincoln's car park.
From Bristol, approaching by the M5, leave at Junction 11a and then take the second exit at the roundabout, which takes you to the A417. Follow signs for Gloucester. At the second roundabout (C&G on your left) take the first exit, to join Barnett Way, then first right and right again into Lincoln's car park.
From London and Oxford via A40, at the first set of lights turn left for Gloucester on to the A436. note sign for 'Frogmill'. Continue to follow signs for Gloucester until you reach a roundabout (Air Balloon pub opposite) after about four miles. Take second exit on to A417, down steep hill to dual carriageway. At second roundabout (C&G on left), take the first exit to join Barnett Way, first right and right again into Lincoln's car park.
From London M4, exit M4 at Junction 15, Swindon. Take third exit, follow A419/A417 Cirencester, Cheltenham and Gloucester. Follow past Cirencester eventually reaching a roundabout, continue to follow Gloucester signs reaching another roundabout at top of Birdlip Hill (Air Balloon pub on left). Take the first exit down hill follow signs for Gloucester. At the second roundabout (C&G on your left) take the first exit, to join Barnett Way, then first right and right again into Lincoln's car park.
Gloucester has a main railway station, easily accessible from London, Birmingham, Bristol and Cardiff. From the station, you can take a short taxi ride to Lincoln or, alternatively, there is a bus service from London Road or Worcester Street (both within easy walking distance of the rail station).
