Lincoln Financial Group Prices Common Stock Offering

PHILADELPHIA, June 14, 2010 — Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC) today announced that it has priced a public offering of 12,293,578 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $27.25 per share. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the offered amount of common stock, or 1,844,037 shares, from the company. The offering is expected to close on or about June 18, 2010, subject to customary closing conditions.

About the Offering
J.P. Morgan served as Global Coordinator for the offering. Additionally, Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
