Lincoln Financial Group Prices $750 Million Senior Notes Offering
PHILADELPHIA, June 15, 2010 Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC) today announced that it has priced a $750 million senior notes offering. The offering consisted of $250 million of 4.3% senior notes due 2015 and $500 million of 7% senior notes due 2040. The offering is expected to close on or about June 18, 2010, subject to customary closing conditions.

J.P. Morgan served as Global Coordinator for the offering. Additionally, Bank of America Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
