We encourage and support employees who give of their time and money to local organizations through the Lincoln Foundation's Matching Gifts and LIVE (Lincoln Invests in Volunteer Experiences) programs.
The Lincoln Financial Matching Gift Program helps all Lincoln Financial Group full-time employees, retirees, and planners to maximize their charitable contributions to eligible nonprofit organizations.
In our major locations, Lincoln Financial employees organize volunteer activities ranging from clean-up days in parks and schools, to food and clothing drives, to mentoring and building homes.
Our LIVE (Lincoln Invests in Volunteer Experiences) Program recognizes the investment employees contribute to nonprofit organizations in their communities and gives full-time employees the opportunity to direct funds to those organizations in which they volunteer.
