LINCOLN INSURED INCOMESM IMMEDIATE ANNUITY (SPIA)
With Lincoln Insured IncomeSM Immediate Annuity (SPIA), you can choose from a number of available payment options, based on one life, two lives or a specific timeframe, including those listed below:
|Single Life Options:||With each of these payment options, Lincoln pays you income for as long as you live. Several of the payment options offer a provision for a minimum amount of income to be paid.|
|Joint-and-Survivor Options:||With each of these payment options, Lincoln pays income over two lifetimes. Several of the payment options offer a provision for a minimum amount of income to be paid.|
|Period Certain Option||With this payment option, Lincoln will pay income for a guaranteed number of payments (you choose the timeframe from the current available options).|
To better meet your income objectives, you can also pick the frequency of the income payments: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual.

Lincoln Insured Income Immediate Annuity (SPIA) single premium immediate annuity (contract form 94-512, or state variation) is a single premium immediate fixed annuity issued by The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company and may not be available in all states. The contract may be referred to as a "certificate" in certain states. The certificate is a group annuity certificate issued under a group annuity contract issued by The Lincoln National Life Insurance Company to a group annuity trust. Waiver of surrender charges for Nursing Home Confinement Rider and Waiver of Surrender Charges for Terminal Illness Rider (form AE-119 and form AE-170, respectively, or state variation) may not be available in all states.
