The PREMIER PARTNERS Staff Symposium is a newly designed, professional development experience exclusively for the staff of PREMIER PARTNERS program members. Held over the course of two days, its aim is to help staff members learn the skills most important to making your practice a success, including operations support, client services, marketing, and more. Staff members learn how to customize their training to maximize their potential within your business.

Masters Series for Staff
Held on the first Friday of each month, our Masters Series for Staff focuses on professional development, providing ideas and information on technology, practice management, and operations. Series presenters have been specially selected from a variety of areas within Lincoln Financial Network in an effort to provide a well-rounded approach to staff development.
