We measure and monitor employee engagement on an ongoing basis. We're proud that our employee engagement index results are all significantly higher than the financial services benchmarks.
- Our health and welfare benefit plans cover in-network preventive care, from annual physicals, preventive screenings and well-child visits at 100%. Through the company's wellness program, employees have access to personal health coaches, onsite health screenings and flu shots, discounts on gym memberships and Weight Watchers memberships.
- Employees receive a personalized Total Rewards statement that provides a comprehensive look at both direct and indirect compensation — the total investment that we make in them as an employee.
Through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), employees can get support for a range of concerns such as stress management, marital and couples counseling, family and parenting issues, and referrals for elder care services.
