We want to help narrow the achievement gap in American education through programs that support life-long learning, financial literacy and enhanced student achievement levels. Our goal is to help improve graduation rates across the country and empower people to lead greater lives.
 

In 2015, we awarded 138 education grants totaling $2.7 million. Applications for 2016 will be considered through July 15, 2016. Awards will be announced in September 2016. Get the details on our grants and corporate contributions for 2015.

We believe that all people should have the ability to meet their basic needs for food, housing and independent living. We’re committed to helping vulnerable populations find the tools and skills they need to better their lives through education, support and job training.

According to the Family Economic Success Report, the earnings gap between educated workers and their less-educated counterparts is growing. We support adult education, economic and workforce development organizations that provide critical programs aimed at improving the local economies in our major business locations.

Access to the arts should be available for everyone regardless of age, economic situation, ability and ethnicity. We support arts education and cultural activities that spur the creative economy and foster economic development.
