Third-Party Investment Manager Disclosures

LFA and LFS offer clients access to various asset management and other services provided by third-party investment managers, including turn-key asset management programs (TAMPs), separately managed account (SMA) programs, and strategist programs offering access to model portfolios. The programs and services provided by each third-party investment manager are unique and clients should request and carefully review the applicable third-party investment manager’s Form ADV disclosure brochure, client agreement, and other account paperwork, as applicable, for detailed information about the programs and services offered by the third-party investment manager. These documents provide important information about the third-party investment manager and its programs and services, including a description of the third-party investment manager’s background and investment strategies; the fees, custody arrangements, and conflicts of interest applicable to the third-party manager’s programs and services; and other important information regarding the third-party investment manager’s programs, services, and business practices. Each third-party investment manager’s Form ADV disclosure brochures are available on the SEC’s website at www.adviserinfo.sec.gov. Clients also may request a copy of any third-party investment manager’s Form ADV disclosure brochure from their LFA or LFS financial professional.
