How do I change my name or address?

Start an address or name change in any of three ways:

Where can I find information about statements and forms?
Where can I find additional alternative minimum tax information?
Where can I find information about allocation changes on my account?

You may change the subaccount allocation and current allocations on your variable annuity at any time. We encourage you to talk with your Financial Advisor, who can assist you to determine your risk tolerance and provide you with available subaccount options.

You can log in or register for online account access to make subaccount allocation changes. You may also make subaccount allocation changes by contacting Customer Service or submitting your request in writing. Proper authorization forms must be on file for certain changes.

Subaccount transfers will be processed in accordance with SEC requirements. A confirmation will be mailed when the change has been processed.

Where can I find information on how to start a claim?
You can find information on starting a claim under the “Start a claim” tab above.
Where can I find information about the Market Value Adjustment Reference Rate?

For most Lincoln fixed annuities, the Market Value Adjustment (MVA) Reference Rate is the average U.S. Treasury Constant Maturity yield plus the LMVA Composite OAS Index rate. You can review the LMVA Composite OAS Index (PDF) Rate Chart for those rates.
