Lincoln Director^SM: Four-character plan ID followed by an 11-digit account number (i.e., ABCD-12345678910) 

Lincoln Group Variable Annuity: Nine-digit participant contract numbers separated by a dash or plus sign (i.e., 123456+789 or 123456-789) or employer plan numbers are three to five digits 

Lincoln Alliance^®: Contract/account numbers are not applicable. The Welcome Packet (if applicable) or the Retirement Account Statement will reference Lincoln Alliance^® program. 

Lincoln American Legacy Retirement^SM: Four-character plan ID followed by an 11-digit account number (i.e., ABCD-12345678910) 

Lincoln Multi-Fund^® Suite: Nine-digit contract numbers beginning with nine or 85 (i.e., 9X-XXXXXXX or 85-XXXXXXX) or five-digit group contract numbers with six-digit certificate numbers (i.e., 12345-000012) 

Lincoln SmartFuture^®: Contract/account numbers are not applicable. The Welcome Packet (if applicable) or the Retirement Account Statement will reference Lincoln SmartFuture^® program.
