Lincoln WellnessPATH® interactive tool

The first time employees use the tool, they’re asked to complete a short quiz. Their responses customize the content they see and recommended actions they can take. The online tool is divided into five main sections for easy navigation:

1. Financial wellness

The dashboard provides an overall financial wellness score, as well as individual scores for saving, debt, spending and protection. Scores are color-coded so employees can quickly see how they’re doing and if they can do better.

2. Take action

Employees can monitor their progress, create to-do’s, and set reminders to help them improve their financial wellness. If offered, Click2Meet® scheduling tool integration allows employees to schedule personal meetings with a Lincoln retirement consultant for one-on-one help.

3. My money

Employees can set goals and keep track of their cash flows and budgets. Pulling outside account information into the tool may make budgeting even easier.
