Lincoln WellnessPATH® interactive tool

The first time employees use the tool, they’re asked to complete a short quiz. Their responses customize the content they see and recommended actions they can take. The online tool is divided into four main sections for easy navigation:

1. My Wellness Snapshot

The dashboard provides an overall financial wellness score as well as individual scores for spending, protection, debt, and savings. Scores are color-coded so employees can quickly see how they’re doing and where they can improve.

2. My Money

Employees can set goals and keep track of their cash flows and budgets. Pulling outside account information into the tool may make budgeting even easier.

3. Take action

Employees can monitor their progress, create to-do’s, and set reminders to help them improve their financial wellness. If offered, Click2Meet® scheduling tool integration allows employees to schedule personal meetings with a Lincoln retirement consultant for one-on-one help.
